Terms of Ticket Sales

We accept GBP currency only.
Postage is included in the ticket price for the UK only. Please ask for postage costs outside the UK.
Payments are to be made by Paypal, personal cheque, crossed postal order, or direct into our bank account by the details given on the Ticket Information page.
If you wish to pay by cheque or crossed postal order then please send the payment by Recorded Signed For Delivery through Royal Mail. We do not accept liability for payments lost in the post if the payment was not sent by the above service.
Any ticket(s) undelivered/lost in the post will be refunded after 30 days of the ticket(s) being sent. This is so we have sufficient time to receive confirmation from Royal Mail and/or the return of our ticket(s). In the event of any tickets being lost and then later returned to us, we will then cover the postage costs to re-send your tickets. You may be required to give your name, address and an email address for ticket sale requirements only. We do not give any personal details to third party agents.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay using paypal, please see www.paypal.co.uk for further details. Your tickets will be only be despatched after payment has cleared in full.
We reserve the right to alter our ticket prices without notice. Tickets are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your ticket order cannot be fulfilled then you will be refunded your ticket costs only in full by your original method of payment. Tickets are non refundable.
Only in the event of the cancellation of Mis-Fest will a refund of ticket purchase(s) be offered. You will then be refunded your ticket costs only in full by Paypal or personal cheque.
Tickets are for sale to those aged 18 and over only, as the venues are 18+ unless otherwise stated. If you are under 18 and choose to buy a ticket and are then refused entry, you will not be refunded. (Bring ID as this may be required by the venue staff and management). If the management or staff of the festival venues, or festival organisors, refuse admision for any reason then tickets are not refundable.

The bands playing at Mis-Fest and the running order of the bands are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice.
Our terms do not affect your legal rights.
